Shipping policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there are damages or issues with the product, inspected on a case by case basis. 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return upon inspection and receipt of product.


To start a return, you can contact us at nicole@palmtopinedesign.com and provide a picture of damage or issues with the product. 


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. My first priority is getting you the correct product, and every attempt will be made to timely replace the damaged item. If I am not able to replace the item in time, a full refund will be issued.


Exchanges


Due to the personalized nature of our products exchanges are not accepted unless there are damages or issues with the product, inspected on a case by case basis


Refunds


If there is damage that is not able to be replaced, I will issue a full refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
